I went here as I kept getting headaches. It was such a lovely and relaxing experience. Will definitley be coming back again

facial threading was rushed and hair left behind. ambience was not nice and pricing wasnt the same as on the treatwell site for haircut. Too much hair was taken off and my hair was being yanked while it was being blow dried.

Second visit. Owner was on her phone as i entered salon very rude. She claimed she had not confirmed my appointment even though treatwell website confirmed. I would advise treatwell to remove this salon as the owner does not use this or check appointments made online based on my 2 experiences. I left.immediately ofcourse i did not expect to wait for a booked appoinmebt. Staff are not professional at all i have had a few bad appointments here in the past only going out of urgency and conveniece as a last resort. Will not go here again i have found much better salon with more proffesionalism. I will also not be using treatwell.

Despite booking a FULL body wax I was charged extra for asking missed bits to wax. It isn't full body only arms legs underarm with Hollywood.
