The treatment itself was quite disappointing. It was started half an hour late, which was fine as I was not in a hurry. I said that it was fine as long as the treatment was for 1 hour (as purchased). This was not the case and the whole treatment was 'completed' after 35 minutes. The offer seemed great value but then ended up being expensive taking in to account the price I paid for the time I was treated.

All treatments were commenced in a timely manner and for the said duration. Treatwell booking system is a great idea, it is helpful for busy lives as we can book at any time on the net. The service was brilliant and the treatments were carried out with care and attention, I left the salon feeling fully relaxed and revived. Thank you ladies for taking care of us mature ladies to feel more beautiful. I look forward to my next pamper morning.
