I booked an appointment online which stated £35. When I arrived there was one stylist who did not acknowledge me so I just sat down. The stylist who I had booked with turned up 20 mins after my appointment time. She did not cut my hair anything like what I asked for and has ruined my hair. At the front one piece is about an inch long! Throughout my entire appointment she wore a hat, sunglasses and a face mask. At the end tried to charge me £45. Very disappointed will never return here.
