I had to select my own colour which is fine but isn’t what I wanted. As I have no idea of mixture. Once the blow dried settled i realised how uneven my cut was. Not the best experience and won’t be back

The therapist was lovely, friendly and did her best, but the salon was disappointing. I was shown a colour chart, yet they couldn't find the polish I chose, so I had to settle for a basic red. There were repeated electrical problems, making my appointment much longer than expected, and I even received a parking ticket because of the delay. The staff were kind, but the salon felt disorganised and not ready to provide the service advertised.
