I felt welcomed, however, the treatment was applied in a rush and the room designated for the waxing was lacking in hygiene.

Firstly the woman took ages to come to the door which was locked, she was on the phone aswell which immediately I thought was very rude as she continued her conversation. Whilst being on the phone she told me to remove my trousers I did and lay on the bed for her to continue her phone conversation for another 15 minutes I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy as there was dirty towels on the floor and the shop all round looked dirty. She told me to leave my underwear on I found this strange. As this goes I know it is a painful treatment however to be bleeding pretty bad isn’t the end result I wanted. She didn’t remove the wax left over so when I got home my pants were stuck to the wax alongside with blood.
I still had hair on my private area when I left which I didn’t feel I got service I wanted. Terrible service.
