Not for the faint-hearted! A very intense, much-needed session for my pain—a mix of deep tissue and Thai massage. The therapist gets straight to business, using her full body weight to shift stubborn knots. Be prepared to breathe through some pain, but she definitely knows what she’s doing. The 90 minutes was thorough and covered the whole body. Not for beginners! Wear a strapless bra if you don’t like being exposed when moving around, and drink lots of water after.
