I was a little disappointed on this visit, usually I love coming to Sugilite! But I got stuck with what I could only assume was a newbie who seemed pretty clueless on both treatments and my 2HR total treatment ended up taking nearly 3!

Anna was very courteous and did a fab job with my deep cleansing facial, hair cut and eyebrow threading. They take their time and do not rush you. i know where to go next time for all my hair woes.
