Me and my mum had the best experience here at Sugilite. Veni and Anna both were brilliant, made us feel relaxed during the facial. They knew what they were doing and also advised good skin routines at the end of the facial. Also offered us tea/coffee while we were waiting around. Anna also gave us the hair conditioning treatment and gave my mum a fantastic hair cut. She was so friendly and cheerful. Definitely coming back to the Salon, particularly to Anna.

The wax was far too hot, after continuously telling the lady to cool it down. My hollywood wax has resulted in me having a number of burns and a visit to my GP

Marta the hairdresser did an outstanding job and I came out feeling my requests were heard. All the staff were friendly and down to earth. Will definitely return again.

I booked Marta on Treatwell as she always does my hair (root dye,cut etc) so well. When i got there, I was told that she wasn't working on the day. I explained the colour I wanted for my root dye (basically to match and blend in with rest of my hair). To be fair, the lady did a good job in colouring - neat, efficient and got the greys. But it was NOT the colour I wanted! I know have obvious dark brown roots leading down to medium brown-auburn hair and it looks awful. Gutted. Not much luck with the eyebrows either. I have not had this lady before. Her threading was slow, painful and the final shape was not attractive even after I asked her twice to fine- tune them. All in all a disappointing visit. Sugalite, pls update your treatwell page to indicate who's in.
