When I came to my appointment I had to wait nearly half an hour to get seated it was not busy. Hair all over the floor. Once I sat in the seat she asked me what I wanted done on my nails I said French tip she said ok. Once it got near the end she then told me she can’t do French tips and can only do a plain colour. If she had told me that from the start I would have left the salon. I paid nearly £40 for a pedicure that was half done my heels still rough and her paint job was so bad I removed it

Treat well app not great as it does not filter through to the salon. Was waiting for over 45 minutes as other clients were already booked in. Will not be using the treatwell portal as even the staff dont know when the client is due to turn up!
