Ruby was amazing, enjoyed my facial
Two things which I didnt quite like;
- lady knocked on door during appt to ask if I booked via treatwell or direct, could be done after
- lady kept knocking on door to get Ruby's attention which was quite disturbing
Overall Ruby was very attentive
Classic Facials
Jalpa was fantastic it was my first time to have anything beyond a bikini line. I have a low pain threshold when it comes to waxing. You can run me over and break my leg but waxing for me is a form of torture. I took Pain relief and used numbing cream. Jalpal was so understanding. Beautifully patient and caring. Talking me through. We chatted so much I didn't need my ready prepared podcast for distraction.
Hollywood Waxing
Really great treatment on my eyebrows. The staff were lovely and professional - I left feeling happy and confident for a wedding!
