Really nice as a person but unfortunately my experience was not good - quite a lot of hairs were left behind in places I couldn’t see when she asked me to check - but more than that she actually took the skin off in several places leaving ugly and painful purple patches of raw skin. She was constantly tugging at the skin as the sugar was getting stuck and wrenching my skin rather than removing hair. So disappointing but thankfully the only bad experience I’ve had at Sugaring London.
