I was given a Hollywood wax when I only booked a Brazilian - and was too late to do anything about it once I realised. I really dislike a Hollywood wax and wish the therapist had checked with me before doing the treatment. Salon was clean and the therapist was otherwise very good. Much prefer sugaring to any other waxing I’ve had done, but was disappointed this time.

This was my first time at sugaring London and it was a great experience. Sindy made me feel really comfortable from start to finish without any awkward silence. I really liked that we spoke about aftercare on products/ routines I should be doing to ensure I continue to get the best results. I’ll definitely be back!
