5 star experience. I was running late due to transport issues and the staff not only welcomed me with a smile but made it clear that their priority was to ensure that I would still have the time to get the full treatment that I booked. The lovely Valeria had an appointment straight after mine so she had to work fast, however the result was absolutely amazing and she kept checking in with me throughout the whole process making sure I was okay. She was fabulous and will definitely be back again ✨
