It was my first sugaring ( or any sort of hair removal treatment ) experience and Anna M made me feel comfortable, she talked to me throughout the whole time and she was always reassuring me and taking extra care.

I was sceptical at first - I have only ever waxed before but left very pleasantly surprised and looking forward to going back! It was painless, didn’t leave behind any sticky residue, zero irritation and so much care and precision was taken.
