The Therapist had long extension nails- I was terrified when I saw it, There are some professions like nurses, child-minders, beauty therapists etc - were short/normal length nails are required, as to not inflict any damage on a person treated. Afterwards I noticed some marks on my skin... Bella is a nice, approachable person, so I don't understand why she jeopardize any future bookings by these ghastly nails.

I am a regular client of Sugaring London in Shoreditch, i always go there and every time i go i get a different therapist, all of them are excellent, they take great care of their customers and their wellbeing. Specially Olana and Aurelia. I always feel very comfortable and welcoming. Recommend this place 100%.
