I haven’t been waxed by anyone but myself for over a year! When I told Valeria this, she was so kind and patient, making sure I was as comfortable as possible during the treatment. We spoke about all kinds of things and I genuinely had such a lovely time and it was needed, especially after being in lockdown etc. As for the treatment; it was less painful than hot wax, my skin is way way softer than after any other wax I’ve had and I’m so in love with the results! Definitely recommend omg!!!
