Most painful sugaring I’ve ever had- and it’s never been painful at all before. My beautician was a nice girl but pushing and pulling on my skin very hard, even after I had asked her several times so do smaller, softer strips. Also 20minutes LATE, and no one told me when I arrived or apologised for it. I missed my train.

I was extremely impressed with the venue; so exceptionally clean. The staff are also very polite and have 100% customer service; going above and beyond to meet your needs.
As for the sugaring due to the professionals you don't feel any discomfort. If you feel some discomfort staff will offer a small break to help you. The best thing is they also offer lots of advice on aftercare and recommend products based on you. This is the first salon to offer such extensive aftercare. 10/10 must try!!!
