The most unfriendly service I've ever encountered. Staff actively ignored me and only spoke to me if they had to.
My therapist asked me to put my clothes and bag on a coat rack which fell and hit me when I did and also knocked over a fan. The therapist rolled her eyes, sighed and didn't even ask if I was okay.
My appointments were booked in from 16:15 to 17:30 but my treatments were completed within 20 mins
