I’ve had sugaring done at various places in the past. This Hollywood was painful in comparison. The therapist was very thorough but this meant it took a long time and I had to tell her to stop. When it came to my underarms, she went over them so many times just to get some tiny tiny hairs I didn’t care about off. It actually took a layer of skin off which I didn’t notice until 3 days later when they were still red raw and had formed a scab over them. This has never happened to me before :/

That was my first grooming of that kind, and while it was a bit painful on occasion, overall it went really smoothly (pun partially intended ^_^ ). Sindy was great, very caring and considerate.

My technician was very professional and, more importantly, thorough. The space itself is Instagram chic and very clean. I was a little surprised that the wall didn’t go up all the way to the ceiling in my room but I felt it was quite private regardless.
Also, I contacted the salon via phone to ask some questions / change some details of the appointment. They could not have been more helpful.
