Pros: The staff is super nice. Monika was understanding and checked in on how I was doing frequently. She was really professional and even advised me given how sensitive my skin is. Cons: - not less painful than waxing - redid the same area multiple times which irritated the skin - applied lotion on vagina which seems like a known no-no
