My leg and bikini treatment with Georgie was excellent, the salon was nice and clean. However, my friend had an appointment at the same time somehow had her skin ripped. This wasn’t communicated, she only discovered bleeding when she got home. Very disappointing as sugaring was supposed to be gentler on skin, and the treatments were expensive. When she rang to ask advice on treating the open cut, no apology or refund offered.

Overall the experience was great, my therapist made me feel so comfy & was really lovely. However when I got home, I noticed that I had a 2 inch tear in a very delicate area that was sore & bleeding quite a lot! As it was bleeding for hours & obvs I was worried, I rang the salon and they told me to just keep it clean. Considering I chose sugaring as my first wax as it was meant to be kinder to the skin, it’s really put me off of having another one in that area.
