Sindy was very friendly, professional and reassuring. She explained everything she was doing, and ensured I didn’t feel self-conscious. The aftercare & followup explanations were clear & Sindy gave advice on how to get prolonged results from the treatment & make the next visit easier. The sugaring was painless and quick! Pros: The staff is super nice. Monika was understanding and checked in on how I was doing frequently. She was really professional and even advised me given how sensitive my skin is. Cons: - not less painful than waxing - redid the same area multiple times which irritated the skin - applied lotion on vagina which seems like a known no-no
