Arrived for my session 5 minutes early and was greeted by 'The Receptionist' however, as I waited it became apparent that the "Receptionist" wasn't the "Receptionist" she was infact a therapist waiting for her client who subsequently arrived.
Whilst I waited the "Receptionist" chatted, made me feel welcome, offered me a drink and gave no indication that she wasn't the 'Receptionist" she wasnt haughty or condescending. This for me was a positive plus. We laughed when my error became apparent.

I don’t go anywhere else for sugaring in London as this salon know EXACTLY what they’re doing and always do a perfect job. Vera went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and left no hair untouched!
