I have had many sugar waxes and everytime I have had great hair removal and experience. So sad that this time it was so bad :(
The bad bit: Myself and another customer were outside for over 25 minutes, the sugar wax was extremely rough, skin not taught and literally pulled away from me with the sugar, half the hairs have not been removed but broken, was not asked to check before therapist left. I have big red patches and a very sore armpit. Also it was done in the wrong direction.
