Maria was lovely, reassuring and detailed. Grateful to have been able to get a booking ahead of my Mum’s funeral and the calm environment was helpful during a difficult time.

A great experience, as normal. In the chill over the weekend, it was lovely to step into the warmth, and be greeted by the even warmer attitudes of the staff. My thanks to Georgie for a fantastic experience - she was friendly, attentive and thorough, making sure I was happy throughout!
