It’s always a great experience at Sugaring London @ the Shoreditch branch. My therapist, Jazira, was extremely kind, she took her time, and her technique was gentle to the skin. I will definitely be booking in with her again next time!

I've been a loyal customer for many years, so I wanted to share some feedback about my most recent appointment. I'm not sure what was different this time, but during my Brazilian wax it felt like the area wasn't stretched or supported as firmly as usual. Unfortunately, I experienced a small tear that caused some bleeding for about two days, which has never happened to me before. While it has healed, it was quite unpleasant :(
