I had actually missed my appointment due to circumstances but they allowed me to reschedule! The place is so clean and my therapist did such a good job of making me feel comfortable and welcome. As for the procedure, it doesn’t really hurt as much as I thought it would (and it was my first time). I’m so pleased with the results and would recommend to anyone - I wouldn’t hesitate booking again.
