I’ve been coming here for years and had never had a bad experience until recently. I was early to my appointment but had called ahead and was told that I could be booked in for an earlier time. When I arrived the receptionist was rude and clearly unhappy I was there. I could hear her talking about me and huffing and puffing which made me feel uncomfortable. Sadly I think this will be my last visit and I felt uncomfortable
