This was my third experience with sugaring at the Shoreditch branch. I’ve had great experiences in the past, but not this time. I booked two treatments for the same day, but cancelled one. On the day of my appointment, there was a lot of confusion and complication on their end with the payments and refund procedure. Although head office had made a note on the system, the staff in the shop did not understand my situation and it felt like a waste of 10-15 minutes for me to try and explain…
