This was my third experience with sugaring at the Shoreditch branch. I’ve had great experiences in the past, but not this time. I booked two treatments for the same day, but cancelled one. On the day of my appointment, there was a lot of confusion and complication on their end with the payments and refund procedure. I used to get hot strip wax for years before I discovered sugaring. I dreaded bikini waxes due to the pain. Whilst I can’t claim sugaring is completely pain free, it is far far more comfortable and nicer on the skin. My treatment was done within 10 minutes and the lady who looked after me was lovely, gentle and good attention to detail. Would highly recommend!
