Staff were all super friendly and professional. It was my first wax/sugaring so was nervous about whether it could remove all my hair down there being a black woman with a courser hair texture - and it did! (99.9% of it). It didn’t grow back for another 4 weeks approx. It did hurt quite a bit but my beautician was very sympathetic. Quite expensive but would definitely recommend based on service and results.
