I was penalised for not booking through treatwell because I needed a quick apt. I rang, she said she'd an available appointment- this was on a Wednesday at 11am. The waxing therapist was great and did a good job but when I went to pay they charged me 50 quid, its normally expensive at £42.50 for a Brazilian on treatwell but then the receptionist said 'the tips not included' so I gave a fiver then queried the price. 'Oh, its because you booked last minute. I left feeling ripped off and embarrassed for querying the price with them. It's only 6 or 7 quid but it's the principle and I'll never go back here because of how they made me feel. I hope they enjoy the extra money they rinsed from me but they've lost my business which would have amounted to much more than a few pounds. Nobody should be asked to pay 50 quid for a wax and then shamed into giving a tip on top of that. I can't see this business lasting if this is how they treat their customers

The staff make you feel so welcoming and comfortable - not going anywhere else to get a wax, they are brilliant!
