The staff were so lovely both before and during treatment. This was my first time sugaring and everything was fully explained throughout. The result is really fantastic as I tend to have a few tiny stubborn hairs left after a wax and there is none of that. I would say the pain level is pretty similar to waxing in the moment but no after-sting. It is pricey, and I do think that’s not sustainable for everyone but it’s priced the same as waxing in the area - I thought the treatment room wasn’t quite as lovely as the rest of the space and that would tip value perception up a bit. Overall though a fab treatment and I will be back.

Overall great experience but they over-exfoliated to the point some parts of the skin on legs were so thin and painful and I got a massive sunburn later in that area, so keep an eye on that during the procedure
