The salon is cute and treatment room was dinky but very clean and bright. The therapist was a sweetheart when I got a bit nervous and clammy - even though that made her job harder - she was really informative and calming. I’m normally a hot waxer so was intrigued to see the difference. Sugaring is definitely more comfortable - not pain free but I can’t imagine how a bikini service ever could be. The painful bits just seemed to be over quicker and I had less redness. Another bonus is the next level smoothness - I’m hoping this translates into less or no ingrowers. I booked my next treatment on the spot and can see myself being a long term convert.
