T'was my second time trying sugaring, the first time was extremely painful so had a brazillian instead of a Hollywood. Irina was extremely reassuring and professional. She gave me a pep talk which encouraged me to go ahead. This time round I managed to complete my Hollywood treat! Yay! Fabulous work.
