It was my first experience ‘sugaring’ - I’ve had a wax in my bikini area years ago - and it left me traumatised. Naturally I was nervous but was made to feel comfortable and welcome. The process itself is so much less painful than waxing. On a pain scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the most painful, I would give it a 2 for pain. So overall, not painful, welcoming, clean and professional. The results are great, and the process is easy. I highly recommend.
