Really like this place. Very clean and tidy. Great service and end result. Travel out of my way to visit here and will continue to do so. Much prefer the result of sugaring vs waxing.

I‘ve had good & bad experiences at Sugaring London - this time it was very bad. Not only was I made to pay an extra £50ish at the end of my treatment when I’d already prepaid in full on Treatwell, but I was also body shamed by my therapist. She said “eww you’re so skinny” which I felt was extremely rude & unprofessional. I was very offended, and considering I was also more or less naked for the treatment, I felt exceedingly uncomfortable & vulnerable too. I do not wish to return after this.
