I tried sugaring because it's natural and came recommended by a friend. Aurelia (I hope this was my therapist, I'm so sorry but I forgot) was lovely. She was knowledgeable, and had a great vibe, and was just super relaxed. The place is really clean and bright. The actual hair removal is definitely less painful than waxing, and the result just as good. Converted, I'll be back
