I was so nervous for sugaring as I had never previously done any form of hair removal, but Olena really made me feel at ease and explained exactly what she was going to do. I can tell she is very experienced and pays such close attention to detail! The venue was lovely, and very clean, and rigorous cleaning is done between appointments. The receptionist was also very nice. Has such a great experience and I am definitely coming back. Thank you guys x
