First time here and I loved it. I’m definitely coming back. Olena, she was fantastic and put me at ease. She has really good attention to detail, she was fast and she was very lovely. Pain wise very low compared to waxing, if anyone wondering it feels more like a pinch, and on my underarms I didn’t feel anything, bare in mind I got thick hair. Small room but really nice and comfortable however, I just didn’t like how to door of the room opens as it can leave you exposed. Everything else 5stars !
