I had to cancel my appointment at short notice due to a Covid case at my daughter’s nursery and was charged the full cost of three treatments. I understand they have a 24hr cancellation policy, but by their own rules I was not allowed to attend the appointment so it seems ridiculous to have charged me the full cost

Had an amazing experience. Marina made me feel super welcome and comfortable. She was extremely thorough and checked through with me. I love sugaring as it lasts so much longer then waxing and much better for sensitive skin.
