First time sugaring and Olena was absolutely lovely, was very gentle and reassuring. The experience was a lot better than any hot wax treatment I’ve ever had. There was still some slight pain on certain area but this was way more tolerable. Will definitely be using this method for hair removal and book again! Service and atmosphere were great too!
