Small venue, perfectly nice, welcoming atmosphere. I was seen immediately, Treatment was excellent - Georgiana was experienced, attentive, in fact all the qualities mentioned in the previous question. A very positive experience. A small point, My first visit 10% discount was applied to the net payable amount after the deduction of my deposit, I didn't realise at the time so correctly I am still owed £2.50! Probably a POS software issue, not a big deal and won't prevent me from returning.

It was my first time sugaring and I have not stopped raving about it since. The ladies at the shop were lovely and made me feel comfortable. Olena was just great - lovely to talk to, and was so gentle during the entire procedure. After a terrible experience waxing in the past, this was just a game changer for me. I couldn’t believe the fact that it’ll be painless before but the whole procedure was painless to me. I will definitely be going back frequently! Thank you Olena :)
