This place will ALWAYS try to change your appointment, which is very annoying. I had a therapist today who clearly didn’t know what she was doing. It hurt when she APPLIED the sugaring paste, which she did in a right to left direction instead of with hair growth. Multiple times she couldn’t get the paste to peel off cleanly and it just pulled up into a peak with the majority left on my skin. They had also messed up my appointment booking and told me they didn’t have time to complete my treatment

This was the second time I had gone for sugaring and this time I wanted to do my sideburns, slightly more painful as they have never been waxed or shaven. It was really itchey and advised not to itch and put the mask and cream she gave me. I will be watching the hair growth on this. After the first time of sugaring doing the full legs and holloywood I noticed my skin softer and smother. And the holloywood lasted longer then normal wax.
