Olena was lovely, experienced, very knowledgeable and super efficient, i never felt uncomfortable at any moment given such an intimate experience, and would highly recommend it to everyone

It was my first time at Sugaring Nottinghill and OMG i would so recommend it to all the ladies out there. My beautician, Olena was so professional, talented and friendly - she made sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the whole session - very good person to have a chinwag with too :). And I mustn’t forget the receptionist (Vanya) she was so so so so so lovely and friendly - had a good chat and helped take some pics of me (oh she is fit too).
