Incredible first experience with Sugaring London! Everywhere was clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Specifically an amazing treatment from Olena, she is knowledgeable, so friendly, and created a comfortable/safe environment.

I have quite coarse hair. Olena's sugaring technique was quite gentle - so good for those who are looking for a minimal pain sugaring experience. However, for me, I could see that some of the hairs looked as if they had been removed just above the surface of the skin, so not the result I was hoping for. I have been twice before and had other therapists that I felt were perhaps better suited to me and what I like in terms of maximum hair removal and exfoliation.
