The experience itself was nice, the venue is clean and the staff really nice. However my skin is quite sensitive and I am having a bad rash in the but since I did the wax and it’s quite uncomfortable which never happened to me before with the normal waxing

2nd time here and it was just as amazing and efficient as the first time! Suzie was so lovely and chatted throughout my treatment to make me feel super comfortable. She also talked through every step of what she was doing, checking I was happy before she continued with certain stages of the sugaring which I found super professional and instilled a lot of confidence in me that she would do a thorough job, which she did.
