Olena is absolutely lovely. No matter how many times I go, she is always attentive with me and tries to make it as painless as possible. She’s understanding always. As someone who is v sweaty and gets anxious during a wax, she is so understanding. The painful parts hurt less just by how nice she is as a wax lady. Only thing I dislike about the layout is how you are on full display of the reception area/receptionist (who is always respectful and makes sure to turn her head when the door opens).
