Hi there, I am a loyal customer of sugaring and love the product. I never have had a bad experience till now.
I was 10min late, and received one text that I was running late, however upon arrival I was greeted with negative attitude and then was challenged when I expressed my discomfort with the tone she was addressing me with. I thought this was appalling behaviour. I would like to remain a loyal customer, however this has left me with a sour memory.
