Olena is FAB. I had to miss an appointment due to a family death and the way I was spoken to on the phone was unacceptable. The lady I spoke to wasn’t letting me speak and kept repeating “I wish you would have told us”. It happened the night before and my wax appointment was the last thing on my mind. Common courtesy can be extended. I have attended every appointment promptly and love olena but telephone manner and an understanding can be applied. I know I will only come back for Olena.
