When I arrived I explained that I didn’t get the free mitten last time and they added that to notes. They said they would give it to me at the end of the treatment which was fine but it not see why I had to wait. I sure last time their mitten look like a mitten and beige colour. This time it was pink and square not sure if that is their exfoliating mitten.Also after treatment I could not get the stamp as I had booked with Treat well. When last time they were happy to stamp.

Could not rate my experience at sugaring more highly. I am a total convert. With sensitive skin waxing usually wreaks havoc on my skin. Two days after sugaring and my skin is incredibly smooth and free of any redness or irritation. Olena was amazing- so professional and considerate. I was impressed by the hygiene- Olena changed her gloves after touching the fan and made sure I had a clean sheet of paper under my hands when holding my skin taut. The service was amazing and the result fantastic!
